Upland products were passed through long marketing chains involving financiers, dicers, middlemen, and traders due to absence of producer group to handle collective endeavor.

General Mechanism
Business Development Services is a package of services provided to the UBA-based producers group of which services may include but not limited to enterprise diagnosis, preparation of business plans/ enterprise plans, manualization of business operations, product development, technology demonstrations, market linkaging, resource mobilization and accessing.
